help!! what am i doing wrong? i have been taking this pharmaceutical since september 04. i have only lost 4 pounds. i've slash back on what i consume, about 1200-1500 cal. per day. i raise weights 2-3 times per week and walk/jog 3 times per week.shouldn't i have glimpsed a larger decrease by now? 10/14/08.any recommendations would be great! i proceed back to the Dr. on 10/27/08. i seem like i am putting in a large effort but not glimpsing the identical spectacular outcomes as every one else.. ahhhhh
